If your in Angeles, SInupan Sing Sing center: Kapampangan Cultural Heritage is a good place to start. The director is Michael Raymond Pangilinan and the author of Kulitan (2012). He is well respected in the Kapampangan advocacy because of his life's work researching the culture and history. Majority of Kulitan practitioners uses sir Mike method and majority of us have learn from him as a starting point.
