These basic rules are intended to clarify the various responsibilities of all community members here on Balitaktáken. These rules may be updated from time to time and we strongly recommend users to check back often.
FORUM RULES
New Users
For members that can personalize their profile (avatars and signatures), please respect the following:
Moderators can temporarily or permanently ban members who violates forum rules, harass other members or do not positively add to the forum. Rules apply to both public forums, private forums and messages. The moderating team is responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of these rules. Warnings and bans or placement on the moderation queue will be utilized as necessary to run the site smoothly. Attempts to evade bans or moderation queue will result in further discipline. If you feel you have been treated unfairly, contact the administration team directly.

FORUM RULES
- Show respect toward one another. This site is aimed at a general audience, please be considerate of this.
- Please do not link to warez, cracks, or any other material that does not respect copyright.
- Please don't post on this site recruiting for personal projects, offering services, selling of any merchandise or for businesses outside of the marketplace forum. This will be considered spam and will be deleted.
- Linking to your own site or another in a support context is acceptable, however, links with no supporting context, for traffic or SEO purposes will be deleted.
- General linking within posts to other sites is not necessary.
- Promotion of non Balitaktáken Forums / Kapampangan Media sites, including alternate media, forums and community sites is not permitted and will be deleted.
- Promoting your own site without a support related context is not permitted.
New Users
- Cannot attach files.
- Cannot download files.
- Cannot use signatures.
- Cannot change avatar.
- Cannot change username, email or password.
- Cannot message members.
- Minimum of 15 unique posts (post fluffing will not count)

- Can download files. Downloaded files are at users own risks and the

- Avatars should not contain animation and no larger than 120x120.
- Signatures may contain up to three lines of normal sized text OR a single image that is no more than 60px high, 468px wide in size.
- Links in signatures are limited to a maximum of 1 link.
