When you get old like me, you realize need to be always careful. I drink all my vitamis and centurm aldoldo. I wash my hands for 30 seconds, most people dont even wash their hands for more than 10 seconds. If you read at the instructions of every anti bacterial soap it says "Wash hands for more than 20 seconds".

Everyone just needs to stay home, carry mask, alcohol, sanitizer when you go out and keep social distancing. The problem is nobody does that, a lot of FIlipinos who eat with their hands dont even wash their hands my god!
