yea hopefully in the future it will fill up more activity.

The place needed jobs and activity even before the covid 19 crisis happe. It also needs mass transit, if people can't access it then it will not have growth.

I personally think it's waste of money because only rich people and rich politicians will benefit from this. Can the majority of people use it? Probably not. Does it have Jobs for the masses? none. I understand the major development in Clark was to support whole country but they should have also spent money on bringing activity there not just build buildings that people cannot use.

As a millenial we are pro Indigenous cultures and what I heard its pushing out more of the Aetas out of their communities. Why can't they just work with everyone and help each other without harming other people? sinabi nga ni kuya there is nothing to do there and too far, unless you live nearby it. I heard now its being used to house covid cases so after the pandemic, would people go there? others can go first haha not me.
