From what I understand there is no vaccine yet but there are supplements that help fight off the virus. Its just like any virus, you need a better stronger immune system. The problem now with people now they dont eat healthy anymore especially in USA.

No Vaccine yet, I doubt we will see one for a while. Even if we did it would take 12 to 18 months to develop it, then Human trials. so yea not going to happen immediately. brace yourself folks for the biggest World Economic Depression.

there a lot of money being invested in the vaccine especially the private sector because they want to make a lot of money. If the Philippines can get the hands on the vaccine first, shoot why not? I highly doubt the Philippines can get it before other well developed countries because they lack in Research and Development sector.
